Cg Apparel

We will act on your behalf in making factory proposals, negotiating unit prices, and adjusting schedules.

It is said that there are currently 5,000 to 6,000 sewing factories in Bangladesh.
The process from finding a factory that meets your requirements to actually placing an order is a very time-consuming and costly process.
[An example of the process leading up to an order]
-Collect information on factories that meet your requirements
-Inspect the factory’s equipment status and management level
-Investigate whether the factory’s operations are stable (financial situation, etc.)
-Conduct detailed production meetings and adjust unit price schedules, etc.
Only after completing all of the above steps can you request production from a factory.

We manage the progress from the fabric stage.

We will manage the progress up to shipment and notify you of the progress.
Although production progress is generally referred to as such, there are various processes from the arrival of materials to shipment.
As Bangladesh’s sewing factories have previously focused on producing Western and European products,
there are some rough areas that are different from management for the Japanese market.
For this reason, our QC staff are always on-site at the factories, checking on-site and accurately managing production progress.
We check all processes in the factory, starting from the booking of raw materials to shipment, and report to customers.

We provide technical support for various production problems.

We support you in coming up with measures and solutions in advance for various problems that may occur during production before mass production.
We have specialized staff on-site for each process, and are well-equipped to provide appropriate advice.

We aim for zero final defects through in-line inspection by QC staff.

There are various production processes between the start of production and shipment.
The nature of the defect will vary depending on where in the production process the problem occurs.
Our company has established a system to quickly discover problems in each process that could lead to product defects and provide improvements and technical guidance on the spot.
We are working on improvements every day to ultimately reduce the defect rate of products leaving the line to zero.

Do you have any bad memories from past experiences with Bangladeshi production?
Leave it all to us. CG APPAREL (GAVANS) will solve it.
We will do our best with a management system by specialists.
